I specialize in working with individuals who are dealing with shame, feeling overwhelmed by life, low self-esteem, looking for a "rebirth," ADHD, and anger issues. I have over 4 years of experience providing behavior therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and am passionate about working with parents of children diagnosed with ASD to teach coping skills, parenting strategies, and to re-author narratives of not being adequate enough as a parent. In my work with children and adolescents, I specialize in social skills training and building emotional intelligence.
