I am a first-generation Mexican-American and a proud graduate of Our Lady of the Lake
University at San Antonio, where I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and I am passionate about creating a
culturally affirming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. As a bilingual
clinician, I am especially committed to reducing barriers to care and providing culturally
responsive services to Spanish-speaking and underserved populations.

I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, stress, and personal or family challenges. I understand that each client’s experiences and needs are unique, and I strive to tailor therapy to their individual strengths and goals.
