I’m a first-generation Mexican American and proud graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, where I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Fluent in English and Spanish, I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, culturally affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. As a bilingual clinician, I’m committed to reducing barriers to mental health care and providing culturally responsive support to Spanish-speaking and underserved communities. My goal is to help every client feel understood, respected, and supported on their journey toward healing and personal growth.

I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, stress, and personal or family challenges. I understand that each client’s experiences and needs are unique, and I strive to tailor therapy to their individual strengths and goals.
