Hi. My name is Ursula. Born in Spain and raised as a military child, I learned early the importance of resilience and adapting to change. I provide therapy for preteens, teens, and young adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, and life transitions. With 17 years of experience in schools, advocacy, and clinical settings, I create a safe, supportive space to uncover patterns, foster healing, and build lasting change.
